Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
After placing your Jontéblu order you will receive the order summary via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking information, if applicable.
At any time, you can check the status of your most recent order by visiting our Orders page.
When you click on Orders you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.
Please note tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after the order is shipped.
